Our Partner Managers are supported by a committed and passionate team who are highly experienced, dedicated and focused on helping you to achieve your business goals.

Marketing and Business Development

Marketing insight and support is available to assist you in developing and refining your own marketing plans to achieve sustainable growth. To support this, we have a dedicated Marketing Manager, Claire Holmes, and a Business Development Manager, Clive Petty, who would be happy to discuss your plans.   

Pre Sales Experts

Mike Pallis and Paul Littlewood are Kcom’s dedicated technical pre sales experts. Their role is to assist you and our Partner Managers review and specify appropriate technical solutions which can help you improve your competitive advantage and customer experience. We can also provide Project Management support for more complex solutions.

Partner Support

To ensure you have easy access to information, such as billing enquiries, service reviews and technical support, Kcom has a dedicated Partner Support team.  In addition, for those Channel Partner customers who have more complex requirements, we will provide a named Service Manager.

Product Managers

At Kcom we are continually developing products and solutions that will help you to secure and retain customers, and ultimately grow your business. A key role of our Product Managers is to work closely with you to define what the future opportunities and requirements are to remain competitive within the marketplace.
