* We will provision connections to ensure the fastest possible speed that the line will support. All broadband services use “rate adaptation” to achieve the highest possible line speed on any particular line. The actual download speed that a customer will experience is affected by a number of factors including the distance of the customer’s site to their local BT exchange.
